At Veytron, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed and delivered within an estimated 8 to 15 business days from the date of confirmed payment.

Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. Courier Partner

We use Aramex Store-to-Door as our primary courier service provider for all deliveries within South Africa.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

3. Delivery Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier operational delays
  • high parcel volumes
  • adverse weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • strikes or labour disruptions
  • incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
  • remote area delivery limitations
  • events of force majeure

In such cases, Veytron shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

However, we will always provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving delayed shipments.

4. Incorrect Address Details

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Veytron will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will liaise with Aramex Store-to-Door to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
